I was looking for a grill that could accept the Quick connect already installed on my coach so I would not to carry a propane tank. As the quick connect provide low pressure gas from the coach the Porta-chef was the perfect choice for me. I did not have to do any modification to the gas connector of the grill except using my quick connect hose instead of the hose and regulator provided with the grill. It is a very efficient grill even in cold and windy wheater. Very good choice for RVers looking for a grill that could be connected to a quick connect,
