The Genesis® E-320TM gas grill features an enclosed cart with corresponding painted steel doors with stainless steel trim, stainless steel handles, and accent colored painted side and rear panels. All grills have a porcelainenameled shroud with a center-mounted thermometer and accent colored painted, cast aluminum end caps. The cooking system, rated at 42,000 BTUs, includes 3 seamless stainless steel burners and an electronic Crossover® ignition system. The cooking grates are porcelain-enameled cast iron. The Flavorizer® bars are porcelain-enameled. The primary cooking area measures 507 sq. inches; the warming rack area measures 130 sq. inches, giving a total cooking area of 637 sq. inches. The Genesis® E-320TM gas grill also has a 12,000 BTUper- hour input flush-mount side burner. Very happy we purchased this. Only hard part was finding an adapter for the natural gas quick connect that comes with this grill that fit our natural gas stub-out on our house. Fortunately, I was able to bring the quick connect part that comes with the grill over to Ace Hardware and they were able to get me the right adapter pretty quickly.

Clicking on paid shipping for purchases over $25 and ended up paying. Thought we ordered a propane barbaraque and was shipped natural gas. Returned and the company shipped what was needed. The company was helpful

i purchased the grill and it took the full time indicated plus a day or two to receive. The grill has 2 problems as I see it. When the 3 burners are wide open the grill does not get over 550. My old 2 burner got to 600 easily. The other problem is I bought a smoker box and when put on the hottest part of the grill, it didn't get hot enough to produce smoke. Not happy so far.

I purchased this grill based on others reviews. I have to say that I agree, this is an excellent grill. It is heavy and should last for years. The grates are heavy cast iron. The three burners provide even heating and fine temperature control. The side burner has a pot support made of heavy stainless steel wire that gives stable support for pots. The painted surfaces, so far, have not discolored or shown any signs of peeling. The instructions were excellent and made assembly easy. Two of us assembled the grill in about an hour.

It is too early to give a full review. The barbecue was delivered more quickly than promised and the delivering agent placed it exactly where I wanted it. The packaging as well as the barbecue itself was extremely well engineered. Assembly was logical in terms of function as well as where the needed items were packed. My decision to assemble in the garage (11/2 days) and then wheel to the pad in the back yard worked perfectly. I have enjoyed using it in both direct and indirect cooking modes. I have also enjoyed using it for pickup lunches as well as more elaborate dinners. I anticipate many years of full use. I barbecue 3-4 times a week.
